It appears to be complete and in very good vintage condition.
Nice original wood hand grip.
Nice marked wheels.
Keen Kutter is a very collectible brand of vintage tools.
It was owned by Simmons Hardware which also had the Shapleigh brand and all was based in St Louis Mo.
They made a huge variety of tools and helped outfit the settling of the West.
