Now, let's move onto the rental terms: Rent is $600-650, with a matching deposit.
Adults over 18 will need to pay a $34.
95 application fee, and we'll be doing a quick background and credit check.
We're pet-friendly too, with a $250 non-refundable deposit per pet and a monthly $25 pet rent.
Just remember, no pets over 25 pounds, and all pets must be up-to-date on their shots.
