Position: C++ Developer with Core Windows Development

*Job Description:*
*Role Description:* We are seeking a skilled C++ Developer specializing in Core Windows development.
The role entails performing bug fixes, feature-level work in Shell, debugging in C++, feature validations, issues triage, and debugging.
The candidate will be responsible for driving bug fixes, conducting code reviews, and managing end-to-end delivery of feature DCRs to ship into retail.
Additionally, responsibilities include debugging issues with windbg or similar debuggers, identifying root causes, and suggesting bug fixes to the component team.
The candidate will also handle incident triage, investigation, and analysis of reported incidents, as well as scenario validation and building automation for manual scenarios.
Effective documentation and reporting of feature development status on a regular basis are also part of the role.
