Responsibilities:
(Possible Remote in Chesterfield, Osage Beach, or Sullivan, Mo) Otherwise in office.
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Answer high volume phone calls/emails with professionalism.
Building and maintaining customer relationships by ensuring accurate and timely service – responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Analyze customer’s issues and finding effective solutions to resolve it.
Provide online training/troubleshooting service.
Support the sales team in a variety of tasks as required.
Prepare and send out new client start-package.
Maintain patient confidentiality to ensure HIPPA compliancy.
Other duties as requested.

Requirements:
Experience: Customer service: Two years (Preferred)
Must have excellent communication skills (reading, writing, and verbal).
Should be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic and good problem-solving skills.
Must have good PC skills.
Time management skills.
Ability to work among a customer service team.
