Louis and always serviced by them, recently had 2 new print heads installed ($2500), other 2 are perfect, all dampers cap tops pump pinch wheels replaced, only OEM Roland ink and parts have been used and dealer installed, prints and cuts like a new one but alot less money and easy to maintain.
