Retail Services Supervisor

Job Summary: This individual will assist the Market Manager with the daily supervisory activities of branch staff in conformance with established bank policies and procedures.
Is responsible for the efficient operation of the teller area.
Ensures clients are served promptly and that the department balances at the end of each day.
Provides leadership in delivery of quality client service and recommends additional services to clients.
This individual will assist the Market Manager with reports, meetings, training, and other duties as assigned.
May work the teller line.
Hours: Schedule will vary and be subject to frequent changes Qualifications: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Previous verifiable supervisory experience preferred.
Must reside in close proximity to Licking Thorough knowledge of bank services and products preferred.
Ability to market products to customers and cross-sell.
Previous selling experience a definite plus.
Good problem solving and decision making ability.
Ability to manage multiple tasks Good oral and written communication skills.
Good organizational skills.
Willing to work evenings and most Saturdays.
