Operations Manager
Responsibilities
•
The Operations Manager will be responsible for communicating with potential and existing customers, developing business and sales strategies to continue to grow the company, and managing the day-to-day operations of our installation and delivery team
•
Manage the day-to-day operations of our Missouri office, including scheduling and routing field installation teams, coordinating deliveries and receiving, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients
•
Communicate with potential and existing customers to provide information about our products and services and answer any questions they may have
•
Develop sales strategies to continue to grow the company and meet sales targets
•
Work with the owner to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
•
Manage and train employees to ensure that they are knowledgeable and capable of performing their job duties effectively
•
Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
•
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
•
Manage budgets, expenses, and timelines to ensure that operational goals are met
Qualifications
•
Previous experience in operations management or related field
•
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making field
•
Deep knowledge of automotive and mechanical industries
•
Strong team management, leadership, and problem-solving skills
•
Works well independently and as a team with a willingness to step in where needed to reach team goals
$65-75K plus bonus.

Salary: $70,000.
