We are currently hiring, and seeking the right candidate for the position of Business Manager.
As the Finance and Insurance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the dealership's finance and insurance operations, including providing customers with financing options and insurance products that meet their needs.
We are a high volume location with lots of opportunity for income.
Responsibilities:
* Developing and maintaining relationships with lenders and insurance providers
* Providing customers with financing options and insurance products
* Ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations related to finance and insurance
* Collaborating with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in automotive dealership setting.
* Strong knowledge of finance and insurance regulations and compliance requirements
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with other departments
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management software (DMS), RouteOne, and CRM tools.
We offer a competitive F&I pay plan with high volume which is paying between $75,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on performance.
