Missouri Furniture, family owned since 1977, is looking for a self-motivated, hard-working, and fun Warehouse Lead to join our growing Team! We are one of the largest furniture retailers in the state, and still growing strong! Our broad selection appeals to all home furnishing styles and budgets, including furniture, appliances, mattresses, and spas.
Requirements
\*Ability to lead the warehouse team and perform all the functions needed to make our warehouse in Washington MO run smoothly.
\*Ensure deliveries are completed to the clients in a timely matter.
\*Ensure returns and transfers are verified, and processes are followed.
\*Responsible for ensuring all products scheduled for delivery are on the truck.
\*Exhibit professional demeanor with clients that positively represents our brand.
\*Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse space and delivery trucks.
\*Ability to use manual equipment to load trucks and/or move furniture and appliances in the warehouse and on delivery.
\*Unboxing and preparing merchandise for the showroom floor.
\*Class E license is required, as driving of delivery truck will be necessary.
\*Ability to lift 100 pounds or more.
\*Exhibit high energy, goal focus, and a passion to succeed.
\*Ability to work well with others.
\*Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
\*Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive attitude.
\*Available 40+ hours/week
