Service Manager

*Overview: *MachMotion is a growing company that is passionate about supporting the backbone of American manufacturing – supporting 1000s of CNC machines and upgrading 100+ more each year.
We are seeking a servant-hearted leader to help us provide the best remote and onsite service in the industry.
We need strong leadership to help create raving fans and take our team and our processes to the next level.
This position requires a high achieving, self-motivated individual that has excellent communication skills and great in high stress situations.
*Responsibilities:* * Create raving fans by creating an amazing experience for all customers * Help manage the day-to-day customer requests * Manage all remote and onsite machine installations * Be a product expert and the training manager for the entire team * Manage the update process of all product documentation * Drive continuous improvement in installations and customer service * Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned *Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:* * Servant's heart – customer advocate * Project management * An Excellent Problem Solver * Competent with Windows and Microsoft office products * Stellar written and oral communication skills * Incredible organization skills *Education and Experience:* * Engineering Degree Required * 1-3 years of management experience * Customer service or onsite installation experience preferred * PLC experience preferred * CNC experience preferred *Compensation:* Dependent on education and experience.
