Currently, we have a great full-time opportunity for a motivated, community oriented, dedicated individual interested in joining the UBU team as Teller Supervisor.
The Teller Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily activity of the teller operations staff according to established policies/procedures and maintaining efficient operations of the teller area.
Ensures compliance with federal/state regulations, bank policies/procedures, and that customers are served promptly.
May perform other miscellaneous duties as needed.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills; strong leadership skills with 2+ years teller experience; previous supervisory experience; strong communication skills; conflict resolution skills; decision making; problem solving skills.
