Overview:
Responsible for daily clinical schedules, management of over time for clinical staff, coordinating PTO for clinical staff, ensuring that positions are covered when needed,evaluating clinical equipment needs, coordinating the ordering and par levels for medical supplies, as well as other duties as assigned.
Provide mentoring and coaching for all MAs as well as assisting with interviews, discipline, and annual reviews.
Provide clinical supervision and training for MA competencies on MA equipment training.
Qualifications:
Education: High School.
Licensure: None.
Experience: 1-3 years experience in clinical setting.
Certification/Registration:
Certified Medical Assistant (or comparable experience).
Other:
Knowledge of office procedures preferred.
General medical knowledge of anatomy, physiology and systemic diseases preferred.
Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in health-related field.
Preferred Education: 1-3 years of previous healthcare leadership experience.
