Our managers work a 5-day 50-hour week, receive a competitive salary, incentives, as well as vacation time and health benefits.
Applicants with culinary and supervisory experience will be expected to direct staff in producing top quality meals for our guests.
Watch quality control on food waste and spoilage.
Expected to coordinate every shift and be on the line at peaks hours to ensure proper quality food to our customers.
Control food and labor costs cutting employees when slow and working stations during down times.
Keeping the kitchen clean by delegating proper cleaning times and weekly/monthly extra cleaning duties.
Institute a positive and fun atmosphere while working with all employees.
Give purpose to each position in kitchen by training all employees and giving each your personal touch in training everyone the way Pasta House expects all recipes to be prepped and cooked.
