Looking to hire, immediately, an experienced Book keeping Accounting / Asst.
office manager.
Some duties include but are not limited to: A/R, A/P, Invoicing and several other job duties and task needed on a regular basis.
This position is F/T, Monday thru Friday 8:00a to 4:30p with 1/2 hr lunch.
Position duties include but are not limited to: Paying invoices, check dealer funding, Vendor maintenance, AP.
some purchasing duties.
Individual needs to have basic computer knowledge with some accounting software experience, needs to be reliable and dependable, Accounting experience preferred.
Must be detail oriented, quick learner and able to multitask.
