Position type: Full-time, exempt.
This job requires a flexible schedule with varied work hours that may include weekends.
Work hours can be in the morning, afternoon, or evening.
Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 plus 10% bonus eligibility What we are looking for in a Manager In Training: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred; relevant work experience or certifications are considered.

What you will do as a Manager In Training: Learning and Development: Engage in and be a part of building out a training program designed to provide comprehensive knowledge of the organization's policies, procedures, operations, and management practices.
Participate in classroom training sessions, workshops, online courses, and on-the-job learning opportunities.
Project Management: Take on specific projects or initiatives under the guidance of senior managers.
Assume responsibility for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from inception to completion, gaining valuable experience in project management, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
Work alongside team members from different departments to contribute to strategic initiatives, implement process improvements, and address operational challenges.
Performance Evaluation: Receive regular feedback and performance evaluations from mentors, supervisors, and peers.
Use feedback to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and development opportunities, and take proactive steps to enhance skills and capabilities.
Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback.
Gain firsthand experience in providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and building positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Leadership Development: Develop leadership skills and competencies through hands-on experience and mentorship.
Lead small teams, delegate tasks, make decisions, and handle challenges under the guidance of experienced managers to cultivate leadership abilities.
Adaptation and Flexibility: Adapt quickly to changing business environments, industry trends, and organizational priorities.
