Warren County Pathfinders Residential Department is hiring for Home Supervisor for two of our residential homes.

Responsibilities would include:
* Ensuring clients are thriving through progress on personal goals
* Direct Support Care of individuals in the home
* Ensuring all ISP’s and BSP’s are implemented and supports are provided as outlined
* Ensuring wellness through proper medication administration
* Communicate affectively all conditions and take appropriate actions when a client is at risk of illness or injury
* Communicate affectively with all members of the team, being timely, courteous, and respectful while sharing information and concerns with the team
* Maintaining accurate and timely professional records through electronic systems to include goals, notes, end of shift reports, and mileage tracking
* Ensuring adaptive equipment is maintained
* Planning appropriate and meaningful outings
* Maintaining vehicle and home cleanliness
Must have 1 year minimum of management experience ; 1 year with individuals with intellectual and or developmental disabilities preferred.
Must pass pre-employment screenings, obtain class E within 30 days of hire, must have high school diploma or equivalent.
