Lead Part Hanger

We are seeking a Lead Hanger to join our team.
As the Lead Part Hanger, you will be responsible for managing the part hanging process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
We are looking for someone who has attention to detail and can lead a team of 4-5 people, with previous lead experience.
*LEAD HANGER | $22.
50 PER HOUR | MONDAY-FRIDAY 5:45 AM - 4:30 PM* Duties: * Responsible for hanging a variety of parts prepped for the paint department.
* Ensuring parts are properly prepped before they are sent to be painted.
* Counting parts and comparing part count to purchase orders.
* Communicating with the packing department lead.
* Setting line density and speed for the department.
* Assisting in training new part hangers.
* Leading a team of 4-5 people.
Skills: * Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Ability to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors.
* Previous leadership experience required.
* Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in part hanging.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong work ethic.
