Shift Manager

Role and Responsibilities Assistant Managers are responsible for running the store when the General Manager is off.
It is the Assistant Managers responsibility to ensure excellent guest service as well as excellent quality products.
An Assistant Managers responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Prepping and preparing product Ensuring quality service and product Enforcement of company policies and procedures Supervising a crew of 2 to 10 people Assisting the General Manager with the completion of some paperwork including the Daily Plan and Control Log.
