We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Bloomsdale, MO.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and customer service, as well as strong leadership and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction
Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for upper management
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and organizational abilities
