*Job Summary*
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the field and operations of our Missouri location.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for communicating with potential and existing customers, developing business and sales strategies to continue to grow the company, and managing the day-to-day operations of our installation and delivery team.
*Duties & Responsibilities*
* Manage the day-to-day operations of our Missouri office, including scheduling and routing field installation teams, coordinating deliveries and receiving, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
* Communicate with potential and existing customers to provide information about our products and services and answer any questions they may have.
* Develop sales strategies to continue to grow the company and meet sales targets.
* Work with the owner to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Manage and train employees to ensure that they are knowledgeable and capable of performing their job duties effectively.
* Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
* Manage budgets, expenses, and timelines to ensure that operational goals are met.
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
* Previous experience in operations management or related field.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making field.
* Deep knowledge of automotive and mechanical industries.
* Strong team management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Works well independently and as a team with a willingness to step in where needed to reach team goals.

We sell and service automotive in-ground and above-ground lifts, mobile column lifts, fluid pumps, tanks, reels, exhaust removal systems, air compressors, refrigerant dryers, waste oil heaters, wheel service and alignment equipment, detail equipment, and an array of hydraulic equipment.

Pay: From $65,000.
