What you’ll do:
Plan and direct the work of skilled or semi-skilled workers, and other trade personnel.
Train, mentor, coach, and develop skills of staff.
Comprehend, analyze and interpret complex technical documentation.
Solve problems and provide several options for resolution.
All you need for success:
Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge in a variety of trade areas including:
Electrical/electronics
Plumbing
Hvac
Carpentry
Painting
3-5 years of skilled experience in trades, building maintenance, or construction.
This position is physically demanding.
Examples of job duties may include prolonged periods of walking/ standing/ sitting/ bending, climbing ladders, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, working in inclement weather and working on uneven surfaces.
