James, MO location who possesses our same values.
Operations Manager
Oversee day-to-day operations of the location, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
Responsible for team of 15+ employees including but not limited to performance discussions, disciplinary actions, training and staffing
Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed location goals
Manage business to drive financial success
Work side by side with team, leading and supervising, providing guidance and support
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
Leads team in safety initiatives
Skills
Strong strategic planning skills
Excellent project management skills
Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team towards success
Strong supervisory skills to effectively manage employees and foster a positive work environment
Ability to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes accordingly
Forklift & Skid Steer Experience
5+ years managing in an industrial environment and leading teams
Excellent communication and team building capabilities
Scrap yard experience and knowledge preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $65,000.
