We are hiring a Residential Service Manager!
A Residential Service Manager is responsible for the oversight and supervision of independent living facilities (ISLs) of persons with developmental, physical, and cognitive disabilities.
The RSM will train, supervise, manage, and schedule direct support staff of their assigned location(s) and ensure 24-hour care of the residents is maintained.
The RSM will work directly with clients as needed, which may include; providing transportation, scheduling and attending physician appointments, providing direct care, and providing assistance of activities of daily living.
The RSM will share On-Call rotations with the team to provide after-hours support.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age at the time of application and possess a high school diploma/GED/equivalent.
Experience necessary: Previous management experience is preferred.
1 years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities is required.
Certification: Residential Service Managers shall have or be capable of obtaining the following certifications within a reasonable and set period of time: Driver’s License with state minimum insurance, Level One Medication Aide (L1MA), First Aid/CPR/AED, Crisis Prevention, and also be able to work towards completion of the online Relias DSP Training Program during their normal working hours.
They shall be capable of utilizing personal protective equipment and following disease prevention protocol.
Availability:
Our individuals require support 24/7/365 so a great deal of flexibility may be required at times in this position.
We offer a flexible schedule and work-from-home options at the discretion of the Director of Residential Services.
ABiLITY Office Hours: M-F 8am-4:30pm with flex time
13 Paid Holidays – office closed
May be required to drive between multiple locations in Franklin County, MO at times (mileage reimbursed)
Pay Breakdown:
Hourly base pay
Hourly Pay rate: $20.

Full-time = 40 hours per week
