Job Description
Laura Automotive Group in Sullivan, MO is home to three of the state’s fastest growing dealerships for Ford, Chevrolet-Buick-GMC and Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram, and we are looking for Finance and Insurance Managers to help our customers with their vehicle purchases.
This position involves arranging financing, insurance and protection products for our customers, in addition to preparing all closing documents for each customer’s vehicle purchase.

*Compensation figures based on full-time sales consultants in CY 2022.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Establishes lender relations that tie the customer closer to the dealership
Generates additional income through the sales of vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, maintenance plans, and other insurance products
Responsible for obtaining customer signatures and securing payoff and insurance information
Processes finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval
Processes all federal, state and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions
Reviews paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes etc.
before forwarding to general office
Maintains control of all paperwork until it is ready to be turned into the general office
Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner
Maintains high customer satisfaction standards
Attends managers' meetings
Remains fully compliant with Company HR trainings
Maintains a professional appearance
Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required
2+ years prior automotive experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
