Branch Manager

First Community is looking for a highly motivated, team oriented individual with strong interpersonal and leadership skills to be Branch Manager of our Washington Walmart location.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, team oriented individual with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Job responsibilities include working with the branch management team to create a plan to ensure goals are met annually, staff is properly trained to effectively and efficiently provide service to our members, all areas of the branch portray a professional appearance and the branch is adequately supplied and balanced on a daily basis.
3-5 years of management experience is required.
Financial experience is preferred.

to 4:00 p.
m.
, Saturday and Sunday 8:45 a.
m.
to 3:30 p.
m.
Manager will work a 5 day work week.
