Facility: Fountainbleau Nursing Center, Festus, MO
Licensure Requirements: Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse (Missouri)
Shift: 12 Hour Night Shift-Full or Part Time!! Or weekend option available.
Salary: Based on Experience, Education, Licensure/Certification and Shift

Requirements:
* Expert knowledge of best practices in general nursing and specifically elderly/disabled populations.
* In-depth understanding of Long-Term Care, Skilled Rehab, Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living procedures and protocols.
* Effective and professional communication techniques, including writing and speaking.
* Good Computer Skills, experience in EMR system such as Point Click Care.
* Personable and compassionate personality.
* Excellent critical thinking skills and quick problem-solving skills.
* Great organization, time management and multitasking abilities.
* Leadership skills, like training, goal setting, and motivation
* Physically capable and able to work on feet for periods of time.
