RN Director of Nursing

*DIRECTOR OF NURSING, RN* Stonecrest Healthcare a 60-bed skilled long-term care facility located in Viburnum, Missouri, is currently seeking a Director of Nursing.
This charming facility is looking for an energetic, results orientated team leader with superior interpersonal and communication skills to take charge of the nursing portion of the facility.
The successful applicant will have strong leadership and supervisory skills, a rehabilitation focus, be challenged by high acuity residents, and enjoy working with both the elderly and special needs younger residents.
Requirements include an unencumbered Missouri RN license, previous DON experience or significant ADON experience, an excellent regulatory compliance record and a commitment to Total Quality Management.
Experience working with Special Needs residents strongly preferred.
