*Summary*
America’s Car-Mart is one of the largest publicly held automotive retailers in the U.

We are currently looking for a Service Advisor responsible for inspecting automobiles to determine the need for any cost of repairs.
This is an non-exempt position.

*Responsibilities*
* Determines need for repairs by road test, by use of mechanical testing devices, by questioning customer about vehicle's performance, or by visual inspection of vehicle.
* Estimates cost of repair and works within budget.
* Maintains a detailed repair log with costs of parts and labor for repaired vehicles.
* Reviews work tickets and turns in invoices to Office Manager to ensure payment in a timely manner.
* Directly supervise the mechanic.
* Shop for parts online or local vendors.
* Communicates repair issues with Manager and customers.
* Inspects new inventory vehicles.
* Compares shops to find the lowest repair costs, protects company interests.
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your direct manager.
* Follow company policies and procedures and support company mission, vision, values and standards of ethics.
* Daily attendance required to ensure all duties are completed in a timely fashion.
