Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and assist physicians during examinations and procedures
- Administer medications, including injections, as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and preventative care measures
- Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA guidelines, when handling patient information
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in [state]
