Eve Shift 2pm till 10pm

Responsibilities include:
* Administer Medications following Physicians Orders
* Documentation of Medication Administration
* Reporting any Changes of Conditions to the Charge Nurse
* Monitor Vital Signs of Residents
* Keeping Residents Safe, Comfortable & Happy!
* Assisting in all activities of daily living.
* Flexible to work as CNA if needed!!!!!!!!!!
