```Duties```
- Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the facility
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Medicare and resident rights
```Qualifications```
- Must be currently licensed/registed in the state of Missouri.
Must maintain an active Regisitered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a related setting
