Hours/Shifts:
Our openings include full-time, part-time, and PRN for all shifts
Day in the Life of a Certified Med Tech:
Administers prescribed medications to residents and maintains related medical records
Takes vital signs or observes residents to detect response to specified types of medications
May record and restock medications and medical supply inventories on the nursing care units
Maintains current knowledge of and adherence to all applicable policies and procedures established by the Board of Directors and Management
*** Note: This position is NOT for Level 1 Medical Techs ***
Requirements:
Valid state license(s)
Excellent verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
High integrity and well-grounded work ethic
Agility and flexibility with changing priorities
Team-oriented and a practical team-player
Professional demeanor
At least one year experience providing care and services in long-term care (preferred)
