```Duties``` We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our medical/surgical team.
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities: - Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Monitor and document patients' vital signs and medical history - Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans - Provide education and support to patients and their families - Assist with procedures and surgeries as needed - Ensure accurate documentation of patient care in electronic health records (EHR) system Job Type: Contract Pay: $2,000.
