The ideal candidate will find fulfillment in the day-to-day work of a RN, including reviewing medical records, administering medication, checking vital signs, writing reports, and more.
Responsibilities:
* Work within scope of practice.
* Provide direct patient care.
, such as assessing, planning, implementing, directing and evaluating.
* Develop, coordinate and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality care is delivered by the nursing staff.
* Provide counseling to patients and families to improve health outcomes.
* Direct patient care activities, such as medication administration, wound care, and performing diagnostic tests.
