Shift: 6:30am - 5:00pm Monday – Thursday
The Lab Tech position is responsible to aid in the development/refining of products based on customer direction and regulatory changes, keeping within economic restrictions.
This position also generates Quality Assurance or Quality Control specifications for each production item.
The PDC also seeks out new sources of raw materials and evaluates alternatives, as well as completing testing of raw materials.
This also includes assisting with “out of spec” raw materials and batches.
There is also room for growth to absorb additional duties, based upon the individual.
