Machine Operator 3 - Night Shift

Description $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS! Starting Pay: $24/hr Shift differential Shift: 5:00pm - 3:30am Monday - Thursday Position Specific Responsibilities: Help ensure all production jobs are set-up accurately daily, including area preparation Perform daily periodic maintenance on Labeler (PE and NON PE) Participate in daily production by running the labeler/high speed line and/or robot.
Assist in completing change overs on the labeler/high speed line and/or robot.
Perform minor adjustments throughout a production run, to ensure the highest quality Complete production paperwork in an accurate and timely manner, to communicate with team & management Maintain a clean & safe workplace in accordance with 5S protocol & SOP’s This position is also responsible to set-up, maintain and report any and all malfunctions of the machinery to management and/or your Line Mechanic.
Help verify all component codes with those listed on the work order and resolve any discrepancies.
Read production and delivery schedules and stacking pattern to determine sorting and transfer procedures, arrangement of cases on pallet, and destination of loaded pallet.
