POSITION SUMMARY We are currently seeking a Business Data Analyst.
Our Business Operations Analyst is responsible for developing a core understanding of our organizational activity in order to analyze and interpret facility-wide data.
This position will report on-site in Washington, Missouri.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Research, compile, and analyze data collected from various internal departments.
Explain results, answer questions, and provide additional analysis if necessary.
May create and maintain databases and reports.
Identify variances between expected and actual results.
Develop and distribute ad hoc and recurring reports across all departments, including upper level management, as relating to utilization, procurement, capacity, logistics, and operations.
Make recommendations for business decisions based on data analysis as well as recommend changes for systems, processes, operations, etc.
