As a Property Management Associate, your job is to provide administrative support to the property management department.
Your main goal is to provide excellent owner and tenant services.
Your responsibilities include but not limted to: Answering the phones, collecting and entering rent payments into the system, deposit rent payments, responding to rental inquiries, process rental applications, handling, entering and dispatching work orders from renters, scheduling and conducting routine rental inspections, and preparing paperwork for audits.
Other duties include keeping the office clean, assisting in maintaining information databases, and organizing department meetings.
You check tenant and contractor Certificates of Insurance to verify that they are compliant with standards, and you make sure that contract and lease administration files are accurate and updated.
Real Estate License preferred but not required.
