Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Property Manager/Customer Relations Expert for our 139 unit Apartment Community.
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of property leasing, maintenance, and customer relationships.
This is a dynamic role that requires excellent organizational and communication skills.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of property leasing, including advertising vacancies, conducting tenant screenings, and preparing lease agreements
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property files, including lease agreements, tenant correspondence, and maintenance records
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality services are delivered
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Property Management a plus, however not required.
We are willing to train the right individual with office and or customer relations experience.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
