Property Manager

*Golden MGT is seeking a Full-Time Property Manager to join our team in Pacific, Missouri.
The Property Manager will be responsible for managing a total of 84 villas for seniors (independent living).
* Experience with property management and/or LIHTC is beneficial, but not required.
*Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* * Collect and deposit monthly rent.
* Process move-in and lease renewal paperwork.
* Conduct annual lease renewal inspections.
* Write maintenance work orders.
* Maintain positive, productive relationship with tenants.
* Code and approve invoices for accounting.
* Plan monthly tenant activities.
