RESPONSIBILITIES Ø We value culture and strive each day to make sure that our work place is one of encouragement, challenge, support and growth.

Ø Your main duty is to create a great place for people that are often in a tough or uncomfortable transition, get to know them, recommend solutions, and help them get what they need.
Ø This person will be responsible for learning and performing daily operations at one or more of our stores including sales, customer service, administration, general caretaking, and serving as a liaison between the local communities, and the store.
Ø The property manager will be responsible for assisting in the design and execution of a plan to guide the financial growth of the store, increase conversion and retain its current and future customers.
Ø Maintain standards of curb appeal to the public, and the market awareness in the surrounding community.
Ø Maintain professional oversight on all current and future customer accounts including the collection of monies and deposits of those funds.
Ø Develop a culture of best practices in property management that ensures the highest level of customer experience possible.
*REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES* Ø Proficient in Office computing and web-based software applications Ø Exemplary face-to-face and phone customer service Ø Excellent communication, organization, and team work skills Ø Experience in retail sales, hospitality or restaurant work very useful.
Ø Prior management or leasing experience with steady work history preferred Ø Valid driver's license and clean driving record required in order to complete daily bank deposits Ø Must have a flexible schedule with weekend availability *EMPLOYEE TRAINING* Ø The onboarding process is simple and professional incorporating documentation, office routines, company procedures and technology education.
Ø On going training occurs often and is very supportive, focused on developing your skills as a professional both in the current role as well as any desired future roles within the company.
Ø A strong focus on industry knowledge prepares someone to fully understand the big picture within their role but also a greater view of the exciting opportunities the storage industry provides.
