Customer Service rep is responsible for several duties at Jahabow, including Daily contact with customers and Account Manager to ensure customer satisfaction, within Account Teams.
This individual will also follow and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Order processing
· Generate daily, weekly and/or monthly reporting requirements for company and/or customer
· Daily review of production reports
· Filling out necessary paperwork and/or documentation to obtain freight quotes, freight claims, special invoicing requests, customer comments/issues, customer product quotes, credit card forms, and others that may apply.
· Backing up department when needed
· Point of contact for customer communications
· Data entry into customer specific portals such as Oracle, Service Channel, etc.
· Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Education Required/Preferred: Associates preferred
* Experience: 1-3 years in customer service
REQUIRED SKILLS
* Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint, Infor Syteline
* Strong attention to detail, impeccable follow up skills, team player with the ability to communicate with team members.
