Customer Service Representative

*About us* David Pope Insurance Services is a small business in Union, MO.
We are professional and family operated.
We are looking to fill a part time position by the end May, however this timeline could be moved up if the right candidate is available.
Our work environment includes: * Business casual office setting * Friendly environment ```Duties``` - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with general questions and make payments - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently -Basic office duties, including mailing letters/postcards and scanning - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met - Hours typically Monday-Friday 10:30am-4:30pm ```Experience``` - Previous experience in a customer service role preferred - Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Proficient in data entry and computer skills If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you!
