Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Associate.
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with product inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product selection, provide product information, and conduct product demonstrations - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and point-of-sale operations - Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance the customer experience - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their needs - Handle customer returns and exchanges according to company policies Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not necessary.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Demonstrated ability to sell products and upsell additional items -Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
