Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Sales Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in automotive management, specifically in running a multiline franchise store.
This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, driving sales, and ensuring the overall success of our dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction for the dealership.
Oversee the sales departments to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Manage inventory levels and ensure a diverse and appealing product mix.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the entire team.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance dealership performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a General Sales Manager in an automotive dealership, preferably with multiline franchise store experience.
Strong understanding of automotive sales and service operations.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
Knowledge of Polaris, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Suzuki, and Honda products is a plus.
