This family owned company is very established in P&\*C, but the agency is looking for a Life Agent, Health Agent, Medicare Agent, and Annuity Agent.
The Agent(s) needs to be licensed.
The Rolla office has hundreds of P&C clients that have asked about Life, Health, Medicare, and Annuity products in the past.
We want to bring aboard licensed agents in these 4 product lines to meet with these clients.
We are an independent, family owned business, we represent almost every carrier (200+) that allows independent agents to represent them.
With the product and carrier portfolio that we have, you will always be able to put the client in the best situation.
Office space will be provided in an extremely nice office.
We have key referral sources with the bank next door.
We have in-house P&C reps that will also send multiple referrals.

Responsibilities:
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Conduct needs-based analysis to recommend appropriate coverage options
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients
- Knowledge of benefits administration and HIPAA regulations is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
