We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an *Equipment Repair Parts and Sales Manager*.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing parts inventory, assisting customers, and driving sales within our Lawn and Garden Equipment Center.

*Responsibilities:*
* *Parts Management:*
* Oversee the maintenance and organization of equipment repair parts inventory.
* Conduct parts research and order entry, including warranty and registration processes.
* Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of parts.
* *Sales and Customer Service:*
* Assist customers in identifying the right parts for their equipment repair needs.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Promote sales through effective communication and product knowledge.
* *Administrative Tasks:*
* Utilize computer skills for order processing, inventory tracking, and maintaining accurate records.
* Multitask efficiently to handle both repair parts management and sales responsibilities.
*Qualifications:*
* *Experience:*
* Previous experience in equipment repair parts management and sales is essential.
* Familiarity with parts research, order entry, and warranty processes.
* *Skills:*
* Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
* Proficiency in computer applications for order processing and record-keeping.
* Excellent organizational skills to manage parts inventory and sales tasks.
* Use of Epicor POS software or other POS software.
* *Availability:*
* Must be available to work weekdays and weekends as required.
