\*The ability to connect with the homeowners and paint a compelling vision of their future comfort
\*Prepare and present proposals detailing products, pricing, and financing options
\*Oversee projects from start to finish to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
\*Utilize CMS to manage and track sales leads and opportunities
\*Continuously build strong relationships with customers to generate repeat and referral business
\*Represent the company at community events and execute marketing strategies to promote the brand
\*Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
\*Valid driver’s license
\*Ability to pass a background check and drug test
\*Although having knowledge in HVAC products and industry practices is great to have, it is NOT REQUIRED
