Optimum RV, a full-service RV Dealer, is seeking Sales Development Professional to join our growing team in Festus and Bonne Terre!
We’re looking for results-driven Sales Development Professionals from any and all industries--RV/auto sales experience is great, but not necessary! We provide a full training program that will prepare you for the role.
We offer excellent pay and benefits with earnings up to $150,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
* Manage customer acquisition and retention by driving sales with a high level of customer service.
* Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
* Adjust content of sales presentations by determining needs of the customer.
* Reach out to customer leads and provide consistent follow-up.
* Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
* Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
* Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
* Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
* Schedule: M-SAT 8-6P, Closed on Sundays, One additional day off during the week
Minimum Qualifications:
* Previous Sales Experience--auto experience helpful
* Excellent communication/well-spoken
* Knowledge of MS Office
* Familiarity with BRM/CRM practices
* Must be able to work Saturdays
* GED or High School Diploma
