E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist
JOB SUMMARY
The E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist plays a pivotal role in building a top-quality shopping experience and managing our online sales presence across various platforms, including Amazon and Wayfair.
This position is responsible for ensuring accurate product information, monitoring sales operations, collaborating with internal teams to optimize listings, managing data uploads, and generating regular reports to support decision-making.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
Additional certifications or training in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies are a plus.
Familiarity with Amazon Ecosystem, prior experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a similar role managing Amazon and/or Wayfair accounts strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience in managing product data and content uploads on e-commerce platforms.
Knowledge of relevant software applications and tools such as Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, sorting, LOOKUP functions), Google Analytics, and e-commerce platform dashboards.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES, EXPECTATIONS, AND BEHAVIORS include, but are not limited to, the following: Assist in day-to-day management of Amazon and Wayfair Accounts, other marketplace sales channels, and agency partnerships.
Manage data and content uploads for Amazon and other marketplaces to ensure accurate catalog and product information across our accounts.
Support day to day marketplace operations including monitoring sales orders and helping to process on time with no issues.
Ensure pricing data is reviewed for accuracy and uploaded in company ERP system to maintain strategic pricing across e-commerce sales channels.
Assist with weekly sales and operational reporting for Amazon and other marketplaces.
Partner with internal teams to monitor all e-commerce accounts daily to minimize account downtime, shipment delays, out of stocks, and any issues with content or pricing.
Work with company's Merchandising teams to ensure product listings are accurate and optimized with high quality copy, imagery, and videos.
Partner with cross-functional teams on new product launch process to ensure products get live on e-commerce sales channels accurately and efficiently.
Ensure internal tools and systems are updated and communicated across all functions, including ensuring price list, bonus lists, exclusive list, etc.

Lead ad hoc projects to drive sales growth and improve operational processes for the e-commerce business.
Identify opportunities to maximize product sales on Amazon, Wayfair and other e-commerce sales channels.
